How custom procurement works?
For eligible orders, our sourcing team can directly source and negotiate bulk discounts on your behalf. Here's how it works:
Notify your account manager
First, notify your Qogita key account manager about the product(s) you are looking for; including:
GTINs
Quantities
Target price
Delivery time expectation
Sourcing team contacts suppliers
The Qogita sourcing team will reach out to relevant suppliers within the network.
Negotiation on your behalf
Our internal sourcing team will negotiate your requested order and try to achieve your target pricing on your behalf.
Best offer secured
Qogita will provide you with the best offer we were able to secure.
After we provide the quote, you have 24 hours to confirm and pay.
Order confirmation and dispatch
If you are satisfied, the order will be confirmed and dispatched.
What orders qualify for custom procurement?
Qogita Custom Procurement orders come with the following requirements:
Active users
Available exclusively to active account users.
Specific products
The order has at most six different products from the same brand.
Large order size
The minimum order value is at least €15.000.
Delivery expectations
You must indicate your expectations regarding delivery time in advance.
