Every supplier goes through a thorough vetting process before they can list on Qogita:
We verify company information and confirm all details are legitimate.
We conduct a complete site visit to inspect product quality and ensure processes are in place to effectively fulfill Qogita orders.
We leverage machine learning during stocklist onboarding to analyse product data accuracy and flag inconsistencies.
Suppliers must pass our trial order program to prove they can meet our quality standards before going live.
Ongoing supplier performance management
Getting approved is just the start. We hold our suppliers to the highest standards of integrity and reliability throughout their time with us - products must be authentic, available and shipped in excellent condition. Suppliers who don't maintain these standards are removed from the platform.
Money-back guarantees
If you receive counterfeit or decoded goods, we will issue you a full refund, under our authenticity guarantee. If you experience other problems like damaged items, missing products, incorrect goods - our support and claims teams will work with you to resolve it, including offering full refunds where applicable.
