Step 1

Established businesses only

  • No new market entrants, no resellers of resellers. Every supplier is an established business with a verifiable trading history.

  • We verify corporate identity directly — registration documents, warehouse photos, named stakeholders. If we can't confirm who's behind the business, they don't list.

  • Due diligence covers annual turnover, fulfilment rate, and customer satisfaction track record before any commercial conversation starts.

Step 2

In-person warehouse inspection

  • A Qogita team member visits the warehouse in person to investigate, we don't outsource to third-party audits or do virtual walkthroughs.

  • We confirm stock is sitting in the warehouse and is ready to ship, not drop-shipped or sourced on demand after you order.

  • We agree the operating standards before a supplier lists: orders handed to couriers within 3 business days, packaging meets our requirements and only EU-authorised authentic goods are supplied.

  • We build direct stakeholder relationships so performance issues get resolved fast by our Supply Success.

Step 3

Real-time stock and pricing

Before a supplier goes live on Qogita, we run their stocklist through an automated check for pricing errors and missing data. Once they're live, we connect straight to their warehouse system. When stock moves on their end, the catalogue updates within 30 minutes and when you place an order, the supplier sees it instantly.

Step 4

Trial orders before full launch

  • A trial order program tests whether a supplier can actually deliver to our standards before any real buyer sees their listings.

  • After they pass, their first 15 live orders sit under close review. We're watching product quality, delivery time and fulfilment rate on every one.

  • A supplier doesn't leave the probation period until the data says they're consistent.

Step 5

Ongoing performance review

  • Our Supply Success team owns the relationship after launch - they monitor the fulfilment rate, delivery time, claim rate and stocklist freshness.

  • Suppliers who don't meet these standards get a notice to fix it, if they don't improve we remove them.

  • We run periodic quality audits whenever we want with no notice required.
